#41 JSON_NO_C_CONSTS does not compile

Define JSON_NO_C_CONST and it will give errors like so:

Source/libjson.cpp|217| error: invalid conversion from ‘const char*’ to ‘char*’

basically, trying to return EMPTY_CSTRING isn't going to work.
Maybe a const_cast will serve the purpose, or for more correctness and less efficiency, return a new empty-string node each time.
