#36 make install is slightly buggy

If you install to a directory that doesn't exist, it copies libjson.a to the *file* lib, rather than the directory lib/

See attached build.log file, it needs to make the lib directory too.

    Also, if you enable mempool++ and libbase64++, it also needs to copy the Dependencies folder to install/include, ie:

    cp -rv libjson/Dependencies/ install/include/

    Otherwise you get compile errors like so:

    libjson/install/include/libjson/Source/JSON_Base64.h:7 col 53: error: ../Dependencies/libbase64++/libbase64++.h: No such file or directory
