[Libjpeg-devel-6x] Unrecognized jpg file

Hi,

I recently got a new phone (Moto X Play) and am unable to upload pictures
taken with it to Flickr using Frogr.
I have filed a bug report
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=768639> with the Frogr
developer, who told me it's a bug with the libjpeg library which is why I
am contacting you.
All the details along with a sample jpg file are in the bug report.

Any help would be appreciated.
