So submit it ... it's not materially different from, say,
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/zlib-license.php
so it's hard to believe they wouldn't approve it.

I actually thought that it *was* OSI approved already.  I woulda sworn
that it was on their list way back when.

Of course, in light of all the other interesting stuff going on there,
bailing out of sourceforge might be the best strategy.
