[LIBJIRC-ANNOUNCE] LIBJIRC Alpha 1.01 Released

Libjirc, a Java-based IRC client library, has been released for Alpha
testing.  Some of the features of libjirc are:

	- IrcConnection objects run as a separate thread once connected
to an 
	  IRC server.
      - Event-based notification of IRC Commands, including command 
	  responses from IRC servers.
	- and more.  Read the Javadocs for more information on each
class.

Currently there is no documentation on how to use libjirc.  However, a
small example program is in the works.
