[LIBJIRC-USER] getting the sourcecode

Just downloaded the most current from SF.  The zip files do not seem go 
contain the sourcecode and build.xml.  How can I get the source?  There 
is no way for me to connect to the SF cvs repository to check it out due 
to firewalls.
