#4 Some windows related files are missing

Some windows related files are missing in this first
released version, making it impossible to compile
under Windows unless you manually remove some code.

The files missing are winfirewall.h, win32.h and some
other security related file. Possibly, there are more
missing files, since I was only compiling base + p2p.

Hope that this get fixed soon.
