Here is a new version of the spec file for the source
RPM. It puts libini in the default location /usr/lib
and adds missing build-time and run-time dependencies
on tcl.
Hi. Hmm thought I'd added some of my changes but they seem
to have never got past a branch! Basically TCL support was
never supposed to be compulsory and the branch deals with
that (atleast for the configure/Makefile scripts). Not
really sure however what the rpm should have dependecy wise,
perhaps the packaging is just wrong (i.e tcl should not be a
dependency of the base libini and libtclini should be seperate).
As for a other changes in the spec file, don't have a
problem adding any of that providing support for redhat 5 is
not broken. Any thoughts on its support wrt your changes:
rm -rf %buildroot ?? %buildroot?
%makeinstall ?? is this supported?

The default location should be fixed in CVS. Btw patch
appears not to be attached.
