#1 Compilation fixes for current gcc

Hi,

attached patch fixes compilation with current gcc versions (tested with 4.3 snapshot)

The patch is based on changes to libicq2000 from the centerim.org git repository and in reference to debian bug 417332 from http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=417332
