#3 incorrect mobile numbers in smsmessages

In Contact.cpp normaliseMobileNo, you're only allowing
digits. You must also allow the '+' symbol. Even though
the message gets through the SMS gateway, it doesn't
get through the actual service providers ( an example
being bell south, new zealand ).
