#11 Switch from qmake to auto{gen/conf/make/header/etc.}

It'd be nice to have a gnu style config and build
scripts. Unfortunately, I know less than nothing about
these tools and for my immediate needs, qmake suffices.
What would be ideal is the following:

* scripts to detect qt and make sure that it is the
right version and has been configured correctly (and
complain loudly if it hasn't)

* scripts to detect libraw & libDC1394

* scripts to detect and automagically configure
libGMUvision (a la gnome-config)
