#9 add --without-qt support

Stephan wants support for configuring/building
libfunUtil without Qt. We talked about different
approaches for this a couple of days ago on
qub-devel, and I think the way we agreed to do this
was to add a subdir like lib/funUtil-no-qt or
something, with copies of all source files, and
the --without-qt changes made there, and
lib/Makefile would choose whether to descend into
funUtil or funUtil-no-qt depending on the choice
made at configure time. (Only one of the two
versions would be built & installed.)
