[Libface-general] ALGLIB for LDA

Hi,

@Alex : Check out this open-source cross-platform algebra library :
http://www.alglib.net/

Looks like it has built-in support for PCA and LDA. I was looking for such a
library as GSL doesn't run natively on windows (needs Cygwin).
So should we look at it instead of GSL?
If so, I'll need to change my GSoC proposal :).
