[Libexif-devel] how to get the thumbnail resolution?

Hi,

is there any way to get the exif thumbnail resolution in pixels?

I could probably use some other library to analyze the thumbnail data,
but that would be an overkill. Also, I could not find a function
in libjpeg that would read data from a buffer instead of a file; and saving
the thumbnail in order to get the resolution is also quite inefficient...
so having this functionality in libexif would be really very nice :>

so is there anything in libexif that I could use, and if not - any chance to
get this functionality in the future? :)
