[Libexif-devel] compile on win32 with MSVC60

Hi folks,

I posted a patch to compile libexif with MSVC60.
The patch is trivial and should (IMHO) be applied to the mainline as well...

the fixes add some code dependencies on values defined in config.h
(ENABLE_NLS,GETTEXT_PACKAGE) but are not properly used throughout the code
(since these are enabled by default on *nix)
