A library for parsing, viewing and editing the EXIF tag "MakerNote". Now
in CVS (module) libmnote. I haven't tested it yet as I just checked in
what I got from Rod Whitby (the library has been written by him, though he
put my name in every file).

I'll change the configure.in script to detect libmnote if available.
