It seems TIFF just saves a directory (IFD) without header. It should be
easy to adjust libexif to scan that. However, I won't do that - libexif
does all I need (reading/writing EXIF data as described in the standard)
and I honestly have no ambition to search for a TIFF spec and
read/understand that.=20

But if you like, have a look at
libexif/exif-data.c/exif_data_load_data_content and see if you can adapt
it. Patches welcome.
