[Libexif-devel] [patch] Missing EXIF_TAG_ISO_SPEED_RATINGS initialization

There isn't support for ISO speed ratings in exif_entry_fix(),
exif_entry_get_value() and exif_entry_initialize().
If using it, the library always produces broken tag.
I attach the patch that fixes the issue.
