Here's one generated for libexif on Linux. Naturally, you'll have to
add/remove the #defines/#undefs to match your platform. libexif's is pretty
simple compared to the config.h files generated for many other projects.

It's not just the compiler but the standard C library that define many
of the entries in the file.
