[Libexif-devel] Python binding and Watcom contribs

There are two entries in the libexif/contribs directory: a Python wrapper
and a Watcom makefile. Both no longer work due to changes to libexif. 
Neither of them were in the 0.6.16 release, so I guess it's not a big deal
if they're not in the imminent release, but is someone willing to fix them
up for next time?
