[Libexif-devel] Time for a libexif release

It's been almost a year and a half since the last libexif release.  In that
time there have been lots of bug fixes, more tag support, more translations
added, some serious security fixes and even a showstopper bug that causes
the GIMP to crash.  I can't think of any reason not to make a new release
now.  The SONAME hasn't even been bumped (should it be?) so the new
version should be a drop-in replacement for people.

Is there anything holding back a release now?
