* exif/actions.[c,h]: ...here. While at it, implement a --create-exif
option (suggestion and patch by Alexander Drozdov
<dza...@mt...>). This needs latest libexif, therefore ...
* configure.ac: ...require at least libexif 0.6.16.2.
