#124 libexif v0.6.21: fails to build with VS2008 (patch attached)

Hi everybody,
the latest release, libexif v0.6.21, fails to compile on Windows with Visual Studio 2008. Appearently the compiler uses the C89 standard, which does not allow to declare variables at arbitrary locations. Therefore, line 1383 in exif-entry.c fails to compile ("unsigned short utf16....").

Attached to this issue you can find a patch file that removes this issue. It would be really great if you can integrate this patch soon into a new release of libexif.
