Someone swiped it from Gentoo's libdv and put it in the Fedora libdv at
some point before I took over the package.

I'll poke at it some myself. I've got a test case that caused segfaults
reliably with the earlier version Fedora had.

Heh, I like the explicit call-out of libdv as a problem in the hardened
gentoo pic-fix-guide... :)
