[libdv-dev] Cedocida DV Codec

Hi all,

I'm not a member of the libdv-dev list, but thought that those who are 
might be interested in this:

It's an open-source encoder / decoder for windows. The thing is, the 
source is included!!  (It is also under gnu) so I thought that you may 
possibly find some of the code in there usefull to assist in your library??
