[libdv-dev] libdv doesn't do PAL anymore

Hi all,

recent versions of playdv won't play PAL data anymore.

Please check out a sample PAL file:

http://www.schirmacher.de/arne/samples/dvgrab/raw.dv

It plays with an old version of playdv, but fails with more recent version
