All,

Just a courtesy note on my recent checkins.  This is the assembler
recode of dv_parse_ac_coeffs_pass0.  I measured an approximate 10%
improvement running the benchmark with pond.dv.
A diff of images between the C and asm versions found no differences, so
I'm reasonably confident that the implementations agree.
