This is not correct. libdnet is truly a "multi-platform" libr=
ary and, as stated in
the TODO file shipped with sources, most of the fe=
atures work under win32
(you can verify at http://libdnet.sourceforge.ne=
t/).

The problem is to make it work with cygwin, because a cygwin app =
is
slightly different from a native win app.
