[libdnet-devel] minor libdnet 1.8 and cvs + cygwin + wpdpack 3.1beta 3 patch

As of 09/27/2004
libdnet cvs (or libdnet 1.8) + latest cygwin + wpdpack  3.1beta 3 will
not compile.

It appears that the winpcap folks changed packet.a to libpacket.a

The patch may not apply cleanly to 1.8, but it is simple enough to
change manually.

./configure --with-wpdpack=c:/wpdpack now works for me.
