[libdnet-devel] linking libdnet against Cygwin apps w/o MinGW

Is there a way to build libdnet on Win32 for Cygwin only apps without
MinGW?  I'd like to use libdnet in tcpreplay on Windows, but for
various reasons I don't link against MinGW and when linking my apps
against libdnet I get a lot of missing symbols.
