Library for playing DMF modules + assorted audio player plugins.

The first public version of libdmftest 0.0 has been released. It plays all (non-corrupted) DMF files that have been tested with it. A foobar2000 plugin is available for Windows users who would like to listen to their music rather than developing for it.
