If you post the libdc1394-1.2.2-flir patch, the libdc1394 developers
will probably be able to suggest to you where you can replicate the
_dc1394_video_iso_handler part of the patch in libdc1394 2.1.2.

(Since somebody distributed libdc1394-1.2.2-flir to you and libdc1394 is
LGPL, I assume that you have the right to redistribute the -flir patch
as well.)
