The presence of features is currently indicated in two different
locations (0x40x and 0x5xx). The standard does not indicate any
difference between the two locations. This leads to several
interpretations and in some cameras the bits may not be consistant.
Using a more strict wording would prevent different interpretations
without loosing generality.
- the presence bits of 0x40x shall not be modified by the camera after
boot time. They indicate the that the feature is available at least in
- the presence bits of 0x5xx reflect the current availability of the
feature and as such may be modified by the camera.
- if a feature cannot be controlled in any way (manual, auto, one-push,
absolute, on/off) it shall be set as not available in 0x5xx (and in
0x40x if it is _never_ available, of course)
