I believe I've found the solution, but I can't test it right now. Seems to me
that the 6th parameter of the isc_dsql_prepare() function is the number of the
dialect. Replacing "1" with "3" should fix the problem.

I've already added support for the TIME and DATE checks to test_dbi.c, you'd
just have to uncomment the relevant lines and see whether it works. I'd
appreciate if you could check in any necessary changes tonight. I'd be glad if
I could release 0.8.1 tonight to get this off my shoulders.
