[libdbi-devel] Patch(over 0.8.0pre3) for compiling libdbi core on mingw+msys

Hi Ashish,

yet another question. You've redefined strtok_r() as strtok() for
Mingw, supposedly because the latter does not have the reentrant
form. Does this change do any harm that the Mingw users better knew
about?
