Summary: configure.in syntax error

Initial Comment:
An expression to calculate LIBDBI_MAJOR, which is LIBDBI_MAJOR=`expr $LIB_CURRENT - $LIB_AGE -1`, does not contain space between `-' and `1' which is not POSIX compatible and causes syntax error in my default /bin/sh. Patch attached.

Sorry about that. I had fixed this locally but forgot to check in the
changes, together with a few other things. Thanks for reminding me, I've
checked in the fix.
