I've checked in one fix in the firebird driver and a bunch of fixes in
the test framework. Now I get:

Completed "libdbi framework test": 274 passes, 0 failures, 0
exceptions.

The only remaining problem is that test_dbi fails to remove the
database file after finishing the tests. I'll look into this. Also,
I'll have to repeat the tests with all other drivers to see if I
accidentally broke something.
