[libdbi-devel] Patch for libdbi for win32

The attached patch against the CVS version of libdbi changes 'errno' to
'err_no' in some function prototypes.  On win32, when building with
mingw, 'errno' seems to be a #define for (*_errno()), so using 'errno'
in a function prototype doesn't work as expected.
