This is up to your app. You can pass a directory to dbi_initialize()
to have libdbi look in that directory for the drivers. This can of
course be also the return value of getcwd, or a subdirectory of the
user's home directory, or whatever you like. If you pass NULL instead,
a compile-time default will be used which you can influence with
appropriate libdbi configure switches.
