How about an archive which just includes the required file (what ever it is, dll/ocx whatever) and readme that explains how to use it AND THAT'S IT - not a ton of other shit and source and crap (If you must include that, put it in a zip filled called junk or something like that)
At the moment its easier just getting the command line version and calling that via a batch file!
