project update

Many pieces of Ctk have been heavily optimized by Wesley Terpstra, and we have upgraded the version number to 2.0 (since the older version was actually called 1.0).
The interface more closely conforms to Gtk now, and it is able to quickly handle windows with over 100000 widgets.
