This is kind of a useless message, since we spoke almost a thousand times between May and now, but it might be interesting to know for people who accidentally pass by this forum:
I just released version 0.2 of LibCommon, which is used by Galaxium Messenger (http://galaxium.bountysource.com)
So ... yes; LibCommon is actively supported (although I'm still undecided about the scope of the features that should be inside LibCommon; more on that in the future)
