Library Circulation System Project

An exciting new open source project starts today! The Library Circulation System project is a basic first step in creating a full functioning library system for a school, university, or such. This project is the only project of its kind in SourceForge today. This is a project of a team of graduate students studying software engineering, computer science and information technology. This is being done at Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA. Since it is part of a class project to meet course requirements in a graduate course of study there is a definite time line on this project. One way or another, it will reach some level of maturity by August 4, 2004 and what happens after that is in the hands of Fate!
