#1 init scripts

I am in the process of making a debian package for libcgroup and was having some trouble getting the init scripts to install correctly. Here are a couple questions for you guys.
1. Which order should the init scripts (wlm, cgred, cgconf) be run?
2. Which conf files are necessary (currently I'm only installing cgconfig.conf and wlm.conf)?

I should be close to completion after this issue is resolved.
