libcas version 0.2.1 released

    libcas - The Open Source CAS client C library
    http://libcas.sourceforge.net/

    The libcas project team is pleased to announce the release of
    version 0.2.1 of our open source C library.  This libcas
    version is a bugfix release on our way to a stable library.

    The most significant changes are:

      o Win32 API reflected

    We consider libcas 0.2.1 to be a beta version of libcas and we
    strongly recommend that users should install it with care.
    libcas 0.2.1 is available for download via HTTP from the following
    master location:

      o http://libcas.sourceforge.net/?id=download
      o https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=104614

    The distribution file name is:

      o libcas-0.2.1.tar.gz [normal]
        MD5 checksum: 9d884529aff0ff8dc6ffc41b749802f9
      o libcas-win32-0.2.1.zip [Win32 binary]
        MD5 checksum: 24e3e72f5736b1b070607e6b55396b21

    The checksum was calculated using the following command:
