libcas version 0.2.0 released
=============================

    libcas - The Open Source CAS client C library
    http://libcas.sourceforge.net/

    The libcas project team is pleased to announce the release of
    version 0.2.0 of our open source C library.  This libcas
    version is a major milestone on our way to a stable library.

    The most significant changes are:

      o SSL is no longer optional
      o CAS error codes are integers now
      o Standard error codes defined now
      o Added memory callbacks to API

    We consider libcas 0.2.0 to be a alpha version of libcas and we
    strongly recommend that users should install it with care.
    libcas 0.2.0 is available for download via HTTP from the following
    master location:

      o http://libcas.sourceforge.net/?id=download
      o https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=104614

    The distribution file name is:

      o libcas-0.2.0.tar.gz [normal]
