libcas version 0.1.0 released
=============================

   libcas - The Open Source CAS client C library
   http://libcas.sourceforge.net/

   The libcas project team is pleased to announce the release of
   version 0.1.0 of our open source C library.  This libcas
   version is the initial release and incorporates all major features.

   The most significant features are:

     o Security: SSL incorporation
     o XML: libxml2 incorporation
     o Platforms: Win32 and Linux (SuSE 9.0) tested
     o Threading enabled

   We consider libcas 0.1.0 to be a alpha version of libcas and we
   strongly recommend that users should install it with care.
   libcas 0.1.0 is available for download via HTTP from the following
   master location:

     o http://libcas.sourceforge.net/?id=download
     o https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=104614

   The distribution file name is:

     o libcas-0.1.0.tar.gz [normal]
