This new release supports locking and will automatically be enforced if the CalDAV server supports locking.
This means this library should be safe to use also on shared calendars.
Released a maintance release due to discovering import bugs in request handling and error reporting.
All users should upgrade ASAP.
This version has also been added some new features and compatibility tests was ran against Chandler and Apple's ICalendar server.

I am proud to announce the initial release of libcaldav.
This initial release only supports VEVENT and only for personal calendars since the facility to lock and unlock an event has not made in into this version. Apart from this all other functionality should be available.
