Fixed 2 bugs in the OS X back-end

- Fixed Problems, when using the prebuild windows libraries.
- Changed API: CaptureDevice-instance is now managed by the DeviceDescriptor and not by the user. See documentation.
- Minor bugfixes.

Setting and getting the framerate under Win32 now implemented.

Currently implemented backends for operating systems/capture API's are:

- Linux: Video4Linux, Video4Linux2, IEEE1394 AV/C DV-Cams
- Mac OS X: QuickTime
- Win32: DirectShow

The release contains the platform independent source, a small test application (captest), precompiled binaries for win 32 and the complete documentation.
