#2 libastral CVS backend

Make libastral back-end for cvs - to submit patches to astral plane or to check-out revisions of project, which is non-existent in material plane at current time.

For example, if i want to submit a patch for libastral-1.2.0, which is not existent for now, I cat submit it to astral plane, so it would appear back just before feature freeze for v1.2.0.

Another example, if I want to check out new features of Pidgin 4.1, to decide if I should switch to it in distant future, I can checkout sources from astral plane, compile it, test, and decide if this program really worth waiting for.

Sorry for my bad english -- it's all libastral distant predictive text input bugs.

P/S: checked out libastral-1.0.2-r1721astral, dated 2010-02-14, my feature request still is not in main source tree. Hmmm...
